Ecological Interventions
On-ground ecological interventions including Vetiver-based organic farming at the Kazhanikkaadu Integrated Organic Farm pilot site.
Climate Resilience and Sustainability Initiatives (CRSI) connects ecological practice, climate literacy, partnerships and livelihood opportunities to help communities respond to climate change.

Across the drylands of Tamil Nadu, farming communities are experiencing longer dry spells, erratic rainfall, heatwaves and shifting pest patterns. CRSI focuses on practical, community-oriented responses that strengthen resilience while supporting sustainable livelihoods.
Our work brings together traditional knowledge, scientific tools and emerging opportunities such as carbon finance and net-zero planning. We also engage NGOs, Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), educational institutions, entrepreneurs and policy dialogues.
Our current work combines field interventions, learning, partnerships and livelihood support.
